the breakfast was okay, with a decent variety of food on offer, i guess.
The room was like a time capsule. the decor screamed 80s contraction style and it just felt old and tired honestly. i really expected better for the price.

The level access rooms here are excellent. The concierge service is very helpful. I also found the food and drink options at breakfast and 5pm tapas to be very convenient (i enjoyed a couple of drinks).
The official tourism webpage says the hotel has a sauna, but it does not. Access to the indoor pool is limited to 40 minutes, and reservations are required.

Wonderful Stay at a Great Location

The reception supervisor provided really good help with roadside assistance for my car, which wouldn't start (it was a sunday!). She spent considerable time contacting the assistance operator. I appreciated their willingness to assist with matters beyond their direct responsibilities. The room was very clean, a detail I noticed immediately.
The pool access was limited to 40 minutes with reservation only. I found this inconvenient, as the pool was a key reason for choosing this hotel.

The breakfast offered a lot of variety with flavorful dishes and great coffee. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients used in many dishes. The staff at breakfast were attentive, accommodating my dietary needs due to a medical condition.

My room was large and in very good condition. It was also very nice and neat (I had a restful sleep every night!). I received complimentary gifts each night of my stay, a nice touch.
